Terminix acquires pest control company, affiliate

Termite and pest control company Terminix has acquired a California-based company and its Arizona affiliate. Memphis-based Terminix said Monday that Chino Hills, Calif.-based Antimite Termite and Pest Control and Gilbert, Ariz.-based SOS Exterminating will continue to provide termite and pest control services to their customers.
